How to Master The Basic One-Handed Backhand

(單手反手拍基本功)

 

1、Prepare (準備)︰

Ready position ︰Watch ball / Swivel racket for grip / Common grip is eastern backhand / Rotate wrise anti-clockwise / V of thumb and forefinger / Slightly left of top of grip / Place racket under your arm / Grip handle naturally / Keep arm straight!(Alternative way to find grip)

就位︰注視來球、旋轉球拍握住球拍柄

常見的東方式反手拍握法︰球拍順時鐘方向轉及腕關節逆向旋轉、虎口呈V型(參考圖示如后)

 或︰球拍擺在臂膀下、很自然的握住球拍把柄並拿出、保持手臂平直即可!

 兩者擇一均可

 

2、Approach the ball (擊球前)︰

As your move to ball / Pivot feet to left / Places front shoulder square on to ball

TIP ︰Keep racket head up!

人要隨球移動、前腳移動到左前側邊、前肩膀對著來球方向。

(提示)︰保持球拍頭在上!

 

3、Your Backswing (反拍擺動)

Arm slightly bent / Take racket across chest slowly / Turn shoulders

TIP ︰do'nt take eyes off ball!

手臂微彎曲、球拍慢慢地橫過胸前、轉肩膀。

(提示)︰視線不要離開來球!

 

4、Your swing (揮拍)

Release racket / Smoothly swing towards the ball / Weight onto front foot / Keep side onto ball  / Make contact in front of body

釋放球拍、平直朝來球揮拍、重心移至前腳、維持來球的方向、在身體正前方擊球。

 

5、Follow through (隨球來回)

Keep elbow straight  / Racket facing sky / Remain balanced for a second or two / Momentum takes you into ready position

保持手肘平直、球拍面朝天空、重心平衡的移轉、再回轉到原先準備(Ready position)的位置。
